The Mother (Defendant) – The orchestrator behind a unilateral gender conversion.

Ms. Andrea (Andi) M. Binner, Certified EMDR Therapist. Buffalo, NY 14214

Andrea Binner is responsible for rubber stamping children as young as aged 3-4 with gender dysphoria. She kept no notes of any therapy visits for at least one of these children and insisted all parties socially transition the child despite a child not meeting the criteria for an official diagnosis of gender dysphoria using DSM-5. The lack of notes kept was her reason for refusing a subpoena in at least one instance. Upon a rubber stamped diagnosis — Ms. Binner refers patients as young as 3-4 for Puberty Blockers to the following party:

Dr. Tran Ngoc, University of Rochester’s Department of Pediatrics, Division of Adolescent Medicine, University of Rochester maianh_tranngoc@urmc.rochester.edu.

Dr. Tran is responsible for reaffirming gender dysphoria treatment for a child age 4-5. This was done over two phone calls totaling 45 minutes based solely on the word of the mother. Dr. Tran never spoke to the child yet they recommended the potential for puberty blockers around age 9-10.

Danielle Cook, MS, LMHC – Director, CPH Mental Health Counseling, Buffalo NY

Danielle Cook See’s patients as young as 3-5 for gender dysphoria (according to sworn testimony), does not accept insurance, and charges 145 a session. We have reports of children going for years and never receiving a diagnosis however her “watchful waiting” approach allows her to continue to bill parents for treatments prior to a diagnosis. We believe this is a cash grab.

Kenmore-Tonawanda Union Free School District is responsible for socially transitioning a child and hiding it from the father at about age 5. They have still refused FOIL/FOIA demand requests for more information on their curriculum.

David Frech, ESQ – AFC, Children’s Legal Center, Buffalo NY is responsible for inserting himself as a witness to a case by using his staff to inappropriately influence and develop a treatment plan behind closed doors with therapists without a parent or medical authority present.

Judge Daniel Furlong, NYS Supreme Court is responsible for ignoring all findings of fact and rewarding the mother sole custody with full medical authority to explore a childs “gender identity”. This was done knowing the mother has an arrest record for lying under oath and no proper diagnosis has been made.

Freedom of information law response from Ken-Ton school district

• Kenmore Town of Tonawanda UFSD gives children the right to consent to gender transitions and hide it from the parents.
• Students may use whatever locker or restroom they identify as.
• Biological males may compete in women’s sports.
• There are two files kept on your child – one is the biological name assigned and the other is filed under the name the school identifies them as.
• Teachers are instructed to refer to all students using they/them pronouns or “the student”. No more him/her.
